This site sets no advertising or tracking cookie — which is why it shows no consent banner. Audience measurement is done with Matomo, self-hosted by the editor (no data passed on to third parties, no transfer outside the European Union) and configured for the French CNIL exemption: no cookies, anonymised IP addresses, and the browser's "Do Not Track" signal is honoured.
For access to private content ("magic link"), the email addresses of the people authorised by the editor are stored, together with a technical access cookie on the visitor's device — a cookie strictly necessary for the requested service, exempt from consent. This data is used only for that purpose, is never passed on to third parties, and anyone may request its deletion through the contact page.
Content marked as private is excluded from search-engine indexing.
